Sequence Care Group (“Sequence”), a leading provider of high-quality specialist care services that enable adults with complex learning disabilities to live richer, happier lives, today announces the following appointments, effective immediately.

Steve Crawley is appointed Commercial Director, overseeing sales, marketing and commercial operations. Steve joins Sequence from Sodexo Home Care UK & Ireland, where he oversaw commercial activity for four home care providers as Regional Sales & Marketing Director. Prior to that, Steve led the marketing activity at Sage Housing, an affordable housing platform, the Department of Economic Development for the Isle of Man Government and Countrywide as Marketing Director. Steve is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Holly Pullinger MRICS is appointed Head of Property. Holly has extensive experience of managing property in the adult social care sector. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, she worked as an Investment Surveyor for Octopus Real Estate to source development opportunities in care homes and retirement living sector and was a Senior Development Manager for Perseus Land and Developments.

Nicola Ward is appointed Communications Manager. With over a decade of experience in communications, Nicola Ward joins Sequence following multiple roles in the health, consumer and charity sectors. Her experience includes internal and external communications at Marie Curie, National Lottery Heritage Fund, Diabetes UK, Barnardo’s and the Great Place to Work Institute.
